This page explains how to request deletion of data that UWEB d.o.o., operating the Nexstage platform, holds about you, including data sourced from connected platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta (Facebook), Google, Klaviyo and MailerLite. We honour deletion requests from all users in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the requirements of the platforms we integrate with.

How to Request Deletion

Request by email

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the account email address you registered with, and tell us whether you want us to delete all of your data or only data from a specific platform (e.g. Meta, Google, Klaviyo, MailerLite, a specific store).
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
  4. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

You can also delete data yourself directly from within Nexstage: disconnecting an integration in Settings → Integrations stops further data import and triggers deletion of that platform's data, and closing your account removes all associated data.

What We Delete

Depending on the scope of your request, we permanently delete or irreversibly redact:

We retain billing and invoice records for the period required by EU accounting and tax law (up to 7 years), and we may keep anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify any individual. Backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle.

Shopify Data

When you uninstall the Nexstage app from your Shopify store, Shopify sends us a shop/redact webhook (approximately 48 hours after uninstall), and we permanently delete all data associated with that store within 30 days. We also honour the customers/redact webhook to delete an individual customer's data, and the customers/data_request webhook to return the data we hold for a specific customer to the store owner. To request immediate deletion, contact us using the instructions above.

Meta (Facebook) Data

If you connected Meta Ads, you can request deletion of any Meta-sourced data we hold at any time. This right applies to all users of the application without restriction. To request deletion:

You may also remove Nexstage's access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. We delete Meta-sourced data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.

Google Data

If you connected Google services (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, or Google Search Console), you can disconnect them in Settings → Integrations at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of Google-sourced data we hold, email us using the instructions above. We delete the data within 30 days.

Klaviyo Data

If you connected Klaviyo, disconnecting it in Settings → Integrations stops further data import. To request deletion of Klaviyo-sourced data we hold, email us using the instructions above. We delete the data within 30 days.

MailerLite Data

If you connected MailerLite, disconnecting it in Settings → Integrations removes the stored API token and stops further data import. To request deletion of MailerLite-sourced data we hold, email us using the instructions above. We delete the data within 30 days.

For Your End-Customers

As a merchant using Nexstage, you are the data controller for your customers' personal data, and Nexstage acts as your data processor. If one of your customers exercises their right to erasure and this requires us to delete data from our systems, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Customer Data Deletion" and the relevant details. We will fulfil the request within 30 days.
