By registering for, accessing, or using Nexstage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Nexstage is a software-as-a-service ecommerce analytics platform. It connects to your store, advertising, email and analytics accounts to import data and present unified profit, marketing, customer, product, SEO and site-performance analytics, including predictive insights.
Nexstage accesses connected platforms on a read-only basis to the extent technically possible. We do not modify your store, products, orders, customers, ad campaigns or email content.
The analytics, forecasts and predictive figures Nexstage produces are provided for informational purposes to support your decision-making. They are estimates and should not be relied upon as financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and using Nexstage for business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone you invite to your organisation complies with these Terms. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the service requires an active paid subscription.
Nexstage uses volume-based pricing. Your monthly fee is a flat amount determined by the tier your total monthly sales fall into (gross merchandise value, net of refunds, across all brands in your account). Your tier is assessed on a trailing three-month average, so seasonal spikes do not move you between tiers. Tiers currently range from €19/month for accounts under €10,000 in monthly sales up to €1,490/month, with sales above €3,000,000/month billed at 0.05% of sales. The current tiers are shown on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a calendar-month basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable monthly fee. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as EU VAT), which are added where required.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Where refunds or returns in a closed billing period retroactively reduce your sales, the corresponding adjustment is applied as a credit to a future invoice rather than a retroactive re-invoice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
If a payment fails or an account becomes past due, we may suspend or limit access to the service until outstanding amounts are paid.
Nexstage integrates with third-party platforms including, among others, Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta (Facebook), Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights), Klaviyo and MailerLite. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
By connecting an integration, you represent that you are authorised to grant Nexstage access to the relevant account and data, and you authorise us to access, import and process data from that platform to provide the service.
You agree to comply with the applicable platform terms when using Nexstage, including the Shopify API License and Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy, and the Klaviyo Technology Partner Agreement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party platforms, and integrations may change or stop working if a platform changes or revokes access.
As between you and Nexstage, you retain all rights to the data you connect or upload ("Your Data"), including your store, customer, order, advertising and analytics data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the service for you.
With respect to the personal data of your end-customers, you act as the data controller and Nexstage acts as a data processor processing such data on your behalf and on your documented instructions. With respect to your account and platform-usage data, Nexstage acts as a data controller. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share Your Data (including your customers' personal data) with us, and for responding to your customers' data-subject requests, with our assistance where required.

The Nexstage platform, including its software, design, content and trademarks, is owned by UWEB d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You may not use our name or logo without prior written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics, forecasts or predictions will be accurate or complete. Data is imported from third-party platforms and may be subject to their availability, limits and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexstage and UWEB d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UWEB d.o.o. and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the service, Your Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law, including data-protection law in respect of your end-customers' data.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where required by law.
Upon termination or account closure, your right to use the service ends. We will delete or redact your personal data and Your Data in accordance with the retention and deletion timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions. Store, order and customer data is deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account closure, and billing records are retained as required by EU accounting and tax law.
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered account holders by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules that may apply to you. The courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
